Carolyn’s more than 20 years of experience in health care include serving as the Director of Business Development for a large health care network where she presented and negotiated contracts with managed care organizations and working in the health insurance division of a national insurance carrier. As a Strategic Health Care Partner, Carolyn provides managed care contracting services to a broad spectrum of health care providers. She holds a degree with honors from Franklin University in Business Administration.
Arlene Jaroscak is the President of Innovative Long-term Care Advisors, a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Registered Nurse, Clinical Consultant, Conference Presenter, Speaker, and Author. Arlene received her Bachelor’s Degree in Long-term Care Administration from St. Joseph’s College of Maine and is a member of the Leadership Lorain County Class of 2009. As the Vice President of Network Management & Quality at Strategic Health Care, Arlene works with multiple post-acute care networks.
As Director of Post-Acute Contracting and Alternative Payment Initiatives at Strategic Health Care, Grant brings over 20 years of comprehensive post-acute care knowledge across multiple service domains including skilled nursing, assisted living, home health, hospice, outpatient rehabilitation, and adult day care. His financial and operational contract development expertise is focused on building sustainability and ensuring that mandates are met. He offers essential knowledge vital to the development of effective alternative payment initiatives, including value based reimbursement and pay for performance models focused on quality outcomes and reduced spending.
Jennifer is the Manager of Contracting and Client Compliance and has twenty plus years of managed care and healthcare quality experience. Her current responsibilities include managed care contracting and network management related activities. She has extensive knowledge of network development/management, contracting/negotiation, credentialing, managed care quality (HEDIS, Medicare Stars, PCMH), reinsurance, and process improvement activities. Jennifer is a graduate of The Ohio State University where she studied both Sociology and Public Health. She is also a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).
